Derm Dx: A blistering rash on the abdomen, thighs

A 76-year-old nursing-home resident with obesity has developed a blistering rash of her abdomen and thighs. The patient was bedridden and was noted to scratch the lesions quite often.

The patient was taking on oral antihypertensive medications, none recently started. Scattered tense bullae were noted along with excoriations and superficial ulcerations.
