Derm Dx: A single chancre progresses to a diffuse rash

A single chancre that progresses to a diffuse rash made up of macular, discrete, reddish-brown lesions, ≤5 mm diameter. The rash may be accompanied by malaise, fever, myalgias, arthralgias and lymphadenopathy. This eventually progresses to a granuloma made up of necrotic tissue with a rubbery texture.
