A 75-year-old woman with a history of hypothyroidism presented with extremely itchy red plaques on her trunk and extremities. The eruption started on her shins and generalized. She had been treated previously with both oral and topical antifungals for presumed tinea corporis, but the eruption had worsened and began blistering.
