Erythematous scaling lesions

A 50-year-old woman with no significant medical history presented with complaints of an enlarging, erythematous eruption. The lesions started three weeks earlier as pink papules on her shoulders, back, and buttocks. Mild pruritus was relieved with diphenhydramine (Benadryl).
