Image of the Week: A heavy metal emergency

A 32-year-old man presents with a one-month history of abdominal pain, fatigue, irritability, and difficulty sleeping. He mentions he has spent the last five months renovating his home. A thin bluish line is noted along the gum line at the base of his teeth on examination. A peripheral blood smear demonstrates basophilic stippling and a complete blood count reveals a hemoglobin of 11.4 mg/dL. What other clinical feature might you also expect to find in this patient?
