Indications for: UNISOM SLEEPGELS

To reduce difficulty in falling asleep.

Adult Dosage:

50mg at bedtime.

Children Dosage:

Not recommended.

UNISOM SLEEPGELS Warnings/Precautions:

Asthma. Lower respiratory disorders. Glaucoma. Hyperthyroidism. Hypertension. Cardiovascular disease. GI or urinary obstruction. Discontinue and evaluate if symptoms persist for >2 weeks. Pregnancy. Nursing mothers.

UNISOM SLEEPGELS Interactions:

Potentiates CNS depression with alcohol, other CNS depressants. Concomitant other diphenhydramine- or doxylamine-containing products (including topicals): not recommended. Additive effects with other anticholinergics, antihistamines, sedatives, tranquilizers.

Adverse Reactions:

Drowsiness, dizziness, anticholinergic effects, paradoxical excitement.
