CASE#2
A 75-year-old Caucasian female presented to the dermatology clinic with an erythematous and indurated change of her left nipple associated with minimal drainage. Although she had noted crust at the orifice of the nipple, there were no other associated symptoms. The patient reported slow enlargement of the lesion, which had been present for approximately three months.
