A 12-year-old African-American male presented with a two-week history of pruritic linear scaling patches on his feet, legs, and arms after walking barefoot around his backyard. According to the patient, the lesions had “moved” since he first noted their appearance. He reported no significant medical history, recent travel, or affected family members. Multiple excoriated, scaling, serpiginous plaques were visible on his feet, ankles, and legs. He had no lymphadenopathy or other significant findings.
