A 59-year-old Hispanic male complained of persistent extensive brown warty lesions that had first appeared on his left lateral trunk and left inner thigh 12 years ago. Occasionally, the lesions would burn or itch, but they were otherwise asymptomatic. He reported no history of birthmarks, vesicular or inflamed appearance of the area, or similarly affected family members. Review of symptoms was unremarkable. The patient had no notable neurologic, skeletal, ocular, or urinary complaints.
