Hyponatremia on the rise

I seem to be seeing a lot more hyponatremia. Some of these patients are taking diuretics, while others have psychogenic polydipsia or syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion (SIADH). Others have no known cause. Is there an explanation for this increase?

Seeds and nuts are especially rich sources of vitamin E.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E supplements are typically found as an oil-filled gel capsule. Dietary experts, however, agree that the only effective way to increase vitamin E levels is by consuming foods high in the molecule, such as nuts and seeds.
