Image of the Week: An unusual rash after bathing in a stream

This patient developed these well-defined erythematous patches hours after bathing in a stream. The diagnosis is currently unknown. However, the differential diagnosis includes cercarial dermatitis, a rash caused by a reaction to microscopic parasites released by infected snails and acquired in freshwater.
