An 80-year-old man presents to his family physician with periorbital erythema and edema. No systemic symptoms are present. He has been on treatment for glaucoma for several years; current medications include latanoprost and brimonidine/timolol. The patient’s daughter reports that he maintains excellent ocular hygiene and that he refilled his prescriptions within the past month.
