A 40-year-old man presented with a painful mass on his left shoulder. He had previously undergone several courses of chemotherapy and radiation therapy for stage IV Hodgkin lymphoma that had relapsed twice. The patient was diagnosed with a radiation-associated osteosarcoma of the scapula. Follow the case updates on Figure 1 to learn about limb salvage surgery and how the patient is recovering.
